Planning & Governance

Planning & Governance works in close consultation with the various centres in CSIT and reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Planning & Governance facilitates the growth of CSIT, through long-term planning and organisational development. Its primary roles are:

• Establishing policies and strategic plans to meet the organisation's strategic objectives
• Facilitating effective and efficient use of the organisation's resources in accordance with sound principles and policies
• Assessing and improving organisational performance through performance management and review framework
