The
Detailed Proposal
The detailed proposal must contain:
- The title of the Proposal, and an executive
summary;
a
- Detailed description of the R&D problem
that the project will address, and the approach, concept and
methodology that will be adopted;
a
- Summary of the background R&D work
already done in the area, and the novelty of the proposed project;
a
- A project management plan, which will
cover (a) Milestones and Deliverables, including Intermediate
Deliverables; and (b) a proposed funding schedule;
a
- Detailed budget which will cover (a) Manpower
costs, including consultancy payment for the Principal Investigators;
(b) Equipment costs; and (c) All other logistical and administrative
costs; (d) Other sources (if any) of funding received for the
same project.

- Elaboration on the plan to transfer knowledge to CSIT (e.g.
involvement of CSIT R&D officers in the research, availability
of Principal Investigators for post-project consultancy).
a
- As an annex, CVs of key investigators not included in the
earlier Initial Proposal.
