The Initial Proposal

The initial proposal must be no more than 1,500 words (excluding 5) and must contain the following:

  1. The title of the Proposal, and the technology area and topic that it is addressing;
    a
  2. Gist of the general R&D problem the proposed project will address, as well as the approach, concept and expected deliverable;
    a
  3. Statement on the novelty of the proposed project, vis-à-vis the work that has already been done in that topic/area;
    a
  4. Ballpark estimation of the Funding and Time Requirement for the project;
    a
  5. As an annex, CVs of all Principal Investigators. If a company is the applicant, a brief on the company should also be included.
