				Qualifying & Evaluation Criteria Qualifying Criteria CSIT will only consider, for funding, projects that meet the following criteria: The R&D of the project must generate new Intellectual Property (IP); The applicant must agree to all points stipulated at Terms & Conditions. Evaluation Criteria The proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Value of the IP generated; Comprehensiveness of the knowledge transfer plan to CSIT; Value-for-money proposition; Reasonableness and timeliness of project deadlines; Track record of the principal and key investigator(s).
