1. Licensing
CSIT shall have a non-commercial, non-transferable license for internal
use and study of all IP (Intellectual Property) that are directly
resulted from the TIF–funded research. On a case-by-case basis,
we may also request the license to be exclusive for a mutually agreeable
period of time.
2. Declaration
of Funding Support
The applicant must declare all funding support (in cash or in kind)
received from any government agency for the proposed project.
3. Non-Disclosure
Both CSIT and the applicant shall not disclose, without the other
party’s prior and written consent, to a third party any information
relating to the application and arrangement for TIF funding (including
specifications, plans, drawings, patterns, samples and contractual
clauses) furnished by, or on behalf of, the other party.
4. Validity
The information contained within this document shall be valid until
30 October 2006. From time to time, we may update Areas
of Technology Focus to include new research areas of interest.
