1. Licensing
CSIT shall have a non-commercial, non-transferable license for use of all IP (Intellectual Property) that directly resulted from the TIF–funded research. CSIT may require the license to be made exclusive to CSIT for a mutually agree period of time.
2. Declaration of Funding Support
The applicant must declare all funding support (in cash or in kind) received from any government agency for the proposed project.

3. Non-Disclosure
Both CSIT and the applicant shall not disclose, without the other party’s prior and written consent,
to a third party any information relating to the application and arrangement for TIF funding
(including specifications, plans, drawings, patterns, samples and contractual clauses) furnished by,
or on behalf of, the other party.
4. Simplified Research Contract
For projects less than $70,000 in value, a simplified Research Contract may apply.
