Description
- As a Infra Service Engineer intern, you will get the opportunity to find ways to improve our current configuration management and monitoring using the available tools like MS SCCM.
- You will also get to design, build and/or improve a UI platform and scripts for Infra services automation (e.g. after approval, user is able to self-service to manage their access rights). You will work closely under the guidance of a mentor to deliver your product that meet user requirements.
Broad Deliverables
- Explore ways to improve the configuration management and monitoring for the system.
- Document the findings of various technologies explored, and present to management and users on your system.
- Design and build a proof-of-concept or prototype UI platform and automation scripts that can be readily deployed.

Prerequisites/Skills Required
- Understanding of System configuration tools
- Knowledge of Operating system (e.g. Windows server, Redhat, Ubuntu)
- Proficient in MS Powershell or other automation scripts
- Knowledge of account management (e.g. MS Domain controller)
- Familiar with UI platform design (e.g. MS SharePoint site design and scripting)
